Todays AFCO Realty is a tribute to ATLAS Finance Corp. a small finance company in the Rio Grande Valley in the early 1970’s – mid 1980’s.  My father, Guillermo Garza began his career with AFCO as the youngest Vice President in the company.  This started a lifelong career in the world of financial services that formed a foundation, our thread, and our passion for helping people connect to the things that are important in their lives. The present day AFCO, established in 1993, has had a rich history in consumer lending, mortgage lending, and real estate in all aspects of the field.  Over the years our foundation has remained the same, but our scope of business has morphed into a focus on residential and commercial real estate.
