Wayne certainly enjoys being outdoors whether at home, at the lake or out at the ranch. He also enjoys many outdoor activities such as hunting fishing and motorcycling.  After programming for many years for both a public records research firm and a large financial company, he dabbles in trading stocks, he enjoys watching the market when he is not outdoors.  Wayne first became interested in Real Estate while on a hunting trip in South Texas;  the ranch he was hunting on was for sale and noticed Realtors® were  showing up to tour the property without having any clients and thought “Now that’s the job for me”.  He could be outdoors on some of the finest ranches in the state, view some spectacular countryside scenery and make a living doing it.  He purchased his first home in 1987 and a commercial property followed in 2005.  As a native Texan, most his friends and family reside in the Austin area.  Wayne continues investing in farm and ranch land.
